It’s September and in the UK it’s already starting to feel cold especially in the mornings.

It’s nowhere near cold enough to snow but another couple of months are it won’t be far away – especially in Akureyri in the North of Iceland where this shot was taken.

It was fun taking the camera and pointing it in the headlights of oncoming traffic as the snow was falling all around.

If you are visiting Iceland this winter, or at all, it’s well worth getting out of Reykjavik for a while and heading up to the North of the country. The landscapes are amazing and much greater chances of seeing the Northern Lights.
